Artist and Vendors

Welcome all Artist and Vendors

Discord Forums are a wonderful way to organize individual conversations, similar to how Threads work, but with more visibility! We are giving it a try this year for artists and vendors to be able to interact with potential customers, and give you a platform similar to running a booth at a convention, but it’s FREE!

Just JOIN the server for more information or GO SHOPPING.

The following information is pulled from the Artist and Vendor Discord Channel. General:

• Forums will appear in this category under the ⁠artists-and-vendors-forums channel
• They can be hidden, muted, followed etc. like any other discord channel
• If you wish to make a purchase or have an inquiry for a vendor or artist, please post in their respective forum, this keeps clutter out of other channels and gives you a more direct one on one experience
• Forums will become hidden when inactive, but will continue to be accessible unless deleted
• Forums will remain available outside of the weekend of Con-G
• All other Con-G server rules apply

Artists and Vendors:

• To post a Forum, you must first get the Artist/Vendor role. To do so, post in the ‘applications’ channel under the Vendors and Artists channel
• Once you have the role, you can go ahead and post a thread
• Your opening forum post should include a clear title and description of your shop and offerings, images can be included
• You may post external links to your portfolios or virtual shops if you wish
• Provide clear information on pricing and how you will be receiving payment. This is your responsibility. Con-G is not liable for any lost or incomplete or otherwise failed transactions.
• If you are selling physical products, please also provide shipping information
• Only one forum post per artist/vendor
• You are free to edit or delete your forum at any time, but please only do so if you have no outstanding transactions etc.
• Con-G is an all ages server, DO NOT post NSFW/18+ content, if you would like to provide that sort of content, you may post that it is available, but any further discussion must be done outside the server

Customers:

• Anyone can reply to a forum once created; this is your chance to get some cool stuff
• Please be respectful of the artists and vendors
• Do not ask for free stuff unless it is being offered
• Con-G does not guarantee the delivery of your purchases; if you have any problems or issues it must be taken up with the artist/vendor
